In the work carried out in cooperation, the main attention is paid to studying the causes of unrest and conflicts. After investigating the reasons, 5 families who had a conflict due to trivial reasons were reconciled. He refused to pay alimony for his children
After clarification work was conducted with 3 fathers, they undertook to pay the fee on time. The dispute between the couple regarding 2 properties was settled on the spot based on mutual agreement. Protection warrants were issued to 5 women who were harassed and abused by family members.
Unfortunately, despite the ongoing explanations, representatives of 126 families applied for consideration of their disputes in courts. Of these, 97 are related to annulment of marriage, 16 to collection of alimony, 6 to entering the house, 5 to family quarrels, and 2 to establishing paternity.
Courts ensure women's rights and provide justice, but a broken family cannot be called a just decision. Because one of the children left without a father, the other without a mother, no decision can remove the stain in the hearts of the children. That's why we are doing all we can to resolve family disputes before the court, to preserve its sanctity, to prevent family honor from being tarnished and children's hearts from being hurt.
