Established in 1987, the neighborhood has 1,990 apartments in 41 multi-story buildings, and more than 5,300 residents live in harmony. 20 children's playgrounds, 11 workouts, 3 mini-football fields and a modern tennis court have been built in the area for meaningful recreation and healthy lifestyle of the population. Also, two pre-school educational organizations take in young children.

- The head of our state emphasized the uniqueness of the garden created in our neighborhood, the atmosphere here is a model that should be implemented throughout the republic, - said the chairman of the neighborhood Nuriddin Ochilov. - This is our pride and, in turn, a great responsibility. He also recognized that this experience should be spread throughout the country, especially that the examples of mural art on the facades of high-rise buildings gave the area a modern spirit.

The joint activity of the seven and prevention inspectors - captain Zoldas Mominov and lieutenant Rustam Dosmatov has a special place in keeping the neighborhood in the "green" category. The introduction of modern technologies in cooperation with the Security Service under the district IIOFMB serves as the main foundation of efforts in this regard. In particular, two "panic buttons" have been installed in each of the apartment buildings in the area. When an emergency occurs, if its button is pressed, this message will be sent to the monitoring center of the Security Service under the city IIBB, and measures will be taken as soon as possible. The surveillance camera installed in the center of the neighborhood park has 150 meters of coverage and 100 meters of extended night vision. This allows full control of the area around the clock. 

"In recent years, our neighborhood has prospered to an unprecedented level," says Ozoda Yalgashova. - Conditions were created that were unimaginable before. This is as evident in the smoothness of the streets or the brightness of the lights in the dark as it is in the beautiful garden created for our safety and recreation.

The park built in the neighborhood, every change and the equipment based on modern technologies are based on the approval of our people and strong faith in the future. Creativity is reflected not only in the appearance of the streets, but also in the calmness of people's tongues and smiles on their faces. In a word, the experience of "Bohimaidon" is the brightest and most exemplary image of the neighborhoods of our modernized country.
