At the event, the Minister of Internal Affairs, 

Lieutenant-General Aziz Tashpulatov specially recognized the incomparable contribution of every employee who is being monitored for retirement to the development of the system and the peace of the country. He emphasized that the colonels, who are the mentors of many students, are exemplary examples of loyal service to the Motherland for the younger generation.

Colonel Shuhratjon Satvoldiyev is one of the experienced and skilled leaders who achieved high results in the fight against terrorism and illegal circulation of drugs in the system of internal affairs bodies. During his work in responsible positions, such as the head of the IIOFMB of Chilonzor district of Tashkent city, as well as the head of the IIB of Surkhandarya and Kashkadarya regions, he contributed to the education of many qualified students. 

Colonel Barat Mamenov started his honorable career in 1989 as an ordinary inspector in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Surkhandarya region, and devoted the main part of his career to the responsible field of ensuring road traffic safety. 

During his productive career, he selflessly served in the responsible positions of the Head of the Public Security Department of the Tashkent city IIBB and the Department of Public Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Colonel Bernora Sadikova served diligently in the most responsible areas of the system, in particular, in the Personnel Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He was able to be not only an experienced leader, but also a kind teacher and example school for young employees. Actively participated in reforms implemented in the system on women's issues, contributed to strengthening service discipline and legality. Since 2018, the Joint Editorial Board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has been working as the chief editor, and has been active in covering positive changes in the system and making publications more readable.

At the end of the solemn event, the badge of the Ministry "Honorary employee of the internal affairs bodies" was presented to the colonels who are being watched for retirement. In their turn, the teachers expressed their gratitude for the high respect and constant attention shown, and emphasized that they will continue to support the development of the industry as veterans and will not tire of teaching their rich life experiences to the younger generation.
