Therefore, choosing a profession aimed at protecting national peace was not an accident, but a conscious decision for me. For this purpose, I studied at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In this institution, I learned not only legal knowledge, but also important lessons about human destiny, social stability, and the culture of working with citizens. After graduating from the Academy in 2023, I was appointed preventive inspector at the "Kengash" neighborhood of Andijan district. Since then, it has become my daily duty to ensure the peaceful and peaceful life of the residents of this neighborhood.
Although "Kengash" MFY is considered one of the most remote areas of the district, it is distinguished by its discipline and solidarity of the population. About 4,000 people live in the neighborhood. Maintaining peace in such a large area is not an easy task. But I am trying to prove in practice that it is possible to create a stable environment through a systematic approach, close communication with the population and knowing the situation of each family. As a result, no crime was committed in the area during the past year.
This was not achieved by accident. First of all, we entered every house and conducted face-to-face interviews with citizens. The living conditions, economic situation, and mutual relations of the families were studied. Because the roots of crimes in many cases are related to family environment, unemployment or social problems. By early detection of these cases, the problem can be eliminated at its root. On this basis, activities such as providing employment to the population, directing them to loans, and involving them in entrepreneurship were launched. At the moment, work is being done individually with 10 citizens who are prone to drinking, quarrelsome families and have been released from penal institutions. Conducting regular conversations with them, they are given practical help in changing their outlook on life and re-adapting to society.
My thoughts and plans in the service sometimes move to the family environment. Therefore, my husband, Senior Lieutenant Rahimakhan Zhoraboyeva, works as an investigator of the Andijan City Internal Affairs Bureau. This will help us ensure the positive performance of the task assigned to us. We do everything in consultation.
I have to admit that before, my admiration for the employees of the internal affairs bodies was one-sided. I was more interested in their service uniforms and the dignity of their behavior. Today, I feel from my heart that the holders of these professions have a great responsibility, that the fate of people and the peace of the region are embodied in their every thought, every step. This responsibility motivates me to serve more actively today than yesterday and tomorrow.
