At the meetings in our district, the President, who got to know business activities and the agricultural sector, had a heart-to-heart conversation with the residents of "Shorariq" neighborhood, which is considered to be a difficult area. The sincere communication of the head of state, especially the meetings between people, laid the groundwork for the neighborhood to become a prosperous area in the future. 

In "Shorariq" neighborhood, where more than 5,000 people live, the roads were under repair and the conditions were difficult. 

62 poor families, 118 unemployed people, 157 people in labor migration. There are many things that need to be solved. 

The fact that the president listened to people's pains truly brought joy to the people of the neighborhood.

- Now we will radically change this neighborhood and bring the breath of New Uzbekistan. Streets will be improved and renovated. There will be decent conditions for people to live, go for a walk and have fun with their children, 

- said the head of our state.

An instruction on turning the neighborhood into a model area will be given, and on this basis, a master plan will be developed to bring the urban environment and improve the conditions for entrepreneurship. According to it, places are offered to entrepreneurs with a ready-made project and infrastructure. As a result, the potential of the neighborhood increased, and the surrounding area 

It becomes a center for 5 neighborhoods. Also, a modern neighborhood center and playground, children's and sports grounds, a library, a vocational and language training center, and a bank branch will be built. Schools and kindergartens will be renovated within the framework of the state investment program. Streets are paved, decorative and fruit trees, flower seedlings are planted. Obsolete and underproductive orchards will be completely renewed. People organize their houses based on the social contract. 10 billion soums will be allocated for these works. For the President's attention to our district and calling Norin the "President's district" for its socio-economic development 

Allocation of 100 billion soums was a historical reality.

The visit of the head of state gave impetus to work with vigor and enthusiasm, to further increase responsibility. Now, new practical works are being organized in the direction of improving the standard of living of the population and ensuring well-being. Construction and repair works have started in our district immediately. In this hot process, we, the employees of the internal affairs bodies, are also responsible for regional peace,
