Yes, you are not wrong. Here we are talking about ordinary district inspector Fyodor Aniskin, who was shown on television in the 70s of the last century. Many of us loved watching this movie. The hero of this film, played by actor Mikhail Zharov, won the hearts of fans with his sincerity, sharing the joys and sorrows of the villagers and, most importantly, quickly exposing the crimes committed in the service area.
When I watch films about the Aniskins, I see two precinct inspectors who served in the Uzbek militia, whose character, work style, even body and appearance resemble Fyodor Aniskin.
One of them is captain Zikir Ziyayev, who for thirty-five years served as a district supervisor in the area from the Tashkent TV tower to the Halka highway (a certain part of which passed through the territory of the Tashkent district), as well as in the Tutzor, Sabzavot and Darkhan neighborhoods.
As employees of the Internal Affairs Department of the Tashkent district, we have learned a lot from the rich work experience and professional skills of Mr. Zikir.
... At the end of the autumn season, cattle thieves "came to life" in the region. Horses and cattle began to disappear from some place of the district every day. After a special group was formed by the leadership, we all gathered in the room of the district supervisor in Darkhan neighborhood.
At one point, brother Zikir entered the room in the guise of a herdsman, wearing old clothes. Then he said to us:
- Do not enter the market.
Two hours later, brother Zikir entered the market and came out with a young man. Then they got into the "Zhiguli" car and headed towards the city of Chirchik.
Then it turned out that one of the young thieves said that he had some goods to sell in his house, but it was not possible to bring them to the market, and he bargained with our "buyer"...
Another colleague of ours, who served in the Tashkent district and is comparable to Aniskin in his devotion to his profession, is lieutenant colonel Ismail Fayziyev.
Born in the "Gishtkoprik" neighborhood of the district, this person started his career as a simple film maker. It is interesting that during the screening of detective films to the public, he becomes envious of the honorable profession of internal affairs officers and decides to become a policeman.
The life path and service activity of brother Ismail, who served as a district supervisor for many years, is a real example school for every young employee. One can talk for hours about his professional skills, interesting events related to his work, and give many examples.
In our article, we spoke briefly about two hard-working precinct supervisors - our late teachers, who served faithfully for the peace of our people in the Internal Affairs Department of the Tashkent district. It's no exaggeration to say that there are so many milestones and life lessons during his many years of work that each of them deserves to be the subject of a separate film.
