Yang Zhijian, a citizen of the People's Republic of China, who came to Bukhara for the purpose of a trip, forgot his mobile phone in a taxi on the way to the Ark Fortress. On the basis of the appeal to the Department of Safe Tourism of the Regional Ministry of Internal Affairs, the employees immediately conducted an investigation. With the help of surveillance cameras, the license plate of the car from which the tourist got out was determined and the driver was contacted.
As it turned out, a driver operating through the Yandex service found this phone and handed it over to the company's office. The IIB officers immediately presented the phone to the foreign visitor. In his turn, Chinese citizen Yang Zhijian expressed his deep gratitude to the regional Bureau of Investigation for the quick resolution of the problem in a short period of time and for the friendly and courteous attitude of the employees.
