The second is a healthy moral environment in the team. This is an important factor of development. The office is a place where most of a person's time is spent. Here, the health of the spiritual environment is important not only for humanity, but also for work efficiency. In the workplace, the common goal should prevail over personal interests. An atmosphere of mutual support and exchange of experience should prevail. Also, proper appreciation of work and healthy competition between employees prevents unhealthy jealousy. The high level of internal culture, free from gossip and groupism in the interaction of employees keeps the working mood at a high level.
The third is a healthy spiritual environment in society. It defines the image of the nation. It is the environment in society that is the fruit of the above two links. The fact that people are not indifferent to each other, the height of true human feelings is the basis of society. In addition, the voluntary adherence of society members to not only legal, but also high moral norms, strong desire for science, art and creativity increases the moral immunity of society.
In a spiritual society, people are kind to each other, obey laws and regulations, and prioritize justice and peace. Because spirituality is a solid foundation of economic and social development.
In today's rapidly changing globalization, the strength of each country is determined not only by its economic potential or military power, but also by the spiritual world of its citizens and a healthy environment in society. Spirituality is not just a theoretical concept, but a reflection of people's way of life, values and confidence in the future.
The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, defined the issue of spirituality as one of the most priority areas of state policy: "If the body of society's life is the economy, then its soul and spirit is spirituality. As we decided to build New Uzbekistan, we rely on two strong pillars. The first is a strong economy based on market principles. The second is a strong spirituality based on the rich heritage of our ancestors and national values.
Economic growth cannot be sustained without a spiritual foundation, just as a strong civil society cannot be built without a strong spirituality.
In order to create a healthy spiritual environment, a number of practical reforms are being implemented in Uzbekistan. "Immunity" against social depression and foreign ideas is created by raising the spirituality of young people, involving them in culture, art and sports in the "Five Important Initiatives" established by the President.
Also, a system of meetings with artists and intellectuals has been established in the regions, which is an important tool for promoting high human qualities among the population. In terms of religious tolerance, the peaceful living of representatives of more than 16 confessions in our country is the highest example of a healthy spiritual environment. It is highly appreciated internationally.
