Renewal Law
In today's process of globalization, it is the duty of all of us to deeply study Eastern philosophy, to revive the roots of our great culture and values, to restore our national ideology and thinking that has passed the test of centuries and bequeathed to us by our great ancestors, and to enrich it with a modern-universal spirit.
The development of new Uzbekistan directly depends on how our consciousness and thinking are changing. After all, a person comes to life not only to observe, but to act, to realize his identity.
A new worldview in new Uzbekistan - concern about its future, "What did my country give me?" "What did I give to my country?" and "My country's destiny is my destiny" This means that he has a real civic position, a sense of duty and responsibility.
In fact, a person's place in society is determined not by his material wealth, but by his high spiritual image. It acts as a bridge connecting ancestors to generations, the past to the present and the future: it embodies all the good qualities, values, traditions, historical and social experience and all views accumulated by our ancestors.
If a person does not understand the essence of the concept of "Motherland", he will never be able to rise to the level of maturity. All the great people who achieved perfection in the history of mankind were people who understood their Motherland and were loyal to it. When talking about such persons, it is appropriate to remember the names of people like Ibn Sina, Al-Khorazmi, Abu Rayhan Beruni, Imam Bukhari, Amir Temur, Mirza Ulugbek, Alisher Navoi, Zahiriddin Babur, Abdulla Qadiri, Abdulhamid Cholpon. They put the interests of the people and the state above their own interests, and considered serving the people for a lifetime as the highest happiness. Even for a second, they did not forget the feeling of attachment to the Motherland. On the contrary, they worked and created with this feeling and left a great spiritual legacy to the generations.
Responsibility and irresponsibility
Responsibility is the professional, personal and business qualities of each person, the motivating and efficiency factor of his work. Responsibility describes the place and role of a person in the state and society, determines his interaction with the state and society. In the current situation, where it is necessary to strengthen independence, consistently continue reforms, and ensure stability in society, the importance of increasing responsibility in the processes of various aspects is increasing more and more. In this process, responsibility is manifested as an important factor of conducting effective state and local management and personnel policy.
Excuses like "I did something in a hurry", "I'll do it later", "I'll catch up" are manifestations of irresponsibility, and this is a sign of the wrong way of life. Phone, tablet and computer have become constant companions of young people. It is these gadgets that "nail" the eyes of young people and arouse a sense of irresponsibility. As in the virtual world, there is an idea that a problem can be solved by pressing a button. Values such as time, hard work, discipline and consistency are pushed back.
An important factor
Reforms in new Uzbekistan are, first of all, for people, for their interests. Reform and responsibility complement each other as an important factor leading to changes and development in every society, play an important role in improving the standard of living in society and the well-being of the population, renewing relations between the state and society. The reforms implemented in the life of society provide positive changes in various aspects. Responsible individuals and organizations have a role in the effective implementation of reforms. Therefore, reforms depend on the contribution and responsibility of each individual in the social fabric.
In my opinion, the interdependence of reforms and accountability is important for achieving success in society. If reforms are implemented correctly and fairly, stability and development in society will be ensured under responsible and transparent governance. By combining these, change becomes real and prioritized. When every member of the society approaches the changes responsibly, the effect of the implemented reforms will be high and a great contribution will be made to the development of the state.
A sense of belonging
Today, the conflicts and unpleasant events happening in different regions of the world are of equal concern to all of us. It is foolish to look at it with indifference, thinking that such heart-breaking events are far from us. Therefore, it is necessary to always be aware of the events happening in the world, to appreciate the peaceful and prosperous life in our Motherland, to further strengthen this peaceful life, it is necessary for every person to make his own contribution, to have a sense of concern for the fate and future of the country.
A person who has a clear conscience and has reached spiritual perfection cannot be indifferent to the trampling of truth and justice. He can never accept and forgive actions that harm the interests of the nation, treason and betrayal of his country and people. When he sees such situations, his conscience is troubled and his heart is crushed. Either way, they set out to eliminate them and succeed.
In the processes related to the fate of the country and the nation, the ability of citizens to act with pure faith, vigilance and responsibility, to distinguish good from bad, original from fake, is a criterion of the level of spirituality. For this, it is necessary to pay serious attention to the upbringing and education of the young generation. Only then, no foreign ideas and ideologies can affect their minds, and the high goals set before us will be conquered.
In the conditions of the new Uzbekistan, an employee of law enforcement agencies, in particular, internal affairs bodies, should first of all be worthy of his position in all respects, and most importantly, he should be spiritually and morally mature and have a broad outlook.
It is time for the guardians of peace to become an example and an example for everyone in terms of their worldview and high spirituality. The era demands from each of us constant self-examination, regular work on ourselves, continuous improvement of our activities. After all, the service activities of the employees of the internal affairs bodies are among the people, in their eyes. Therefore, in addition to high culture, employees are required to be able to follow people with respect for laws and existing rules in society. This determines the moral image of the employee, increases his reputation among the people.
