It's 20:00. In the next pre-service instruction of personnel in the district IIOFMB, the tasks to be performed within the framework of the "Safe capital" concept were determined. After the instruction was completed, the employees of each field service were mobilized to their assigned areas, and we accompanied them to observe the hot processes of the night service.
The progress of the process was strictly controlled by the deputy chiefs of each regional IIB on night duty.
Our first destination was the park located on Al-Khorazmi street, which connects "Mehrjan" and "Batirma" neighborhoods. Open 24 hours a day, this gastronomic street is full of people.
As you walk along the park, the cool night air and the sparkling fountains in the light of the lanterns will give you a special peace of mind. The calmness on the faces of the people, the relaxed atmosphere and the discipline in the park will attract your attention.
In the company of Major Shuhrat Yangibayev, the deputy head of IIB No. 4 for the organization of night service, we got acquainted with the conditions created for meaningful recreation of the population and the security measures being taken.
"There are two modern fountains, a large shopping center, a children's playground and many shopping centers at the disposal of the population," said the major.
Sh. Yangiboyev. - Security
in order to provide security, the park is fully equipped with video surveillance cameras and quick communication tools - "panic buttons". In the territory, the Patrol post service, car and foot patrol lines, prevention inspectors and operational teams of the security service provide services in constant cooperation.
We were interested in the mood of the citizens relaxing in the park, and we interviewed one of them.
"The opening of the gastronomic street was a great gift for us," says "Botirma".
Dilafroz Hafizova who lives in the neighborhood. - Frankly, before we were a bit hesitant to go for a walk in the evening. And now, seeing the wonderful scenery here will open your heart. While our children are spending time in the playground, we are shopping in stores. The most important thing is that all safety measures are taken care of and we feel at ease.
Our observations have shown that peace in the area does not happen by itself, but is a product of responsible service. At the next address, we witnessed the vigilance of Lieutenant Sardor Sobirjanov, prevention inspector of "Mehrjon" neighborhood. He stopped a citizen who was too drunk to control himself in a public place.
Such a situation can not only violate public order, but also endanger the life and health of a citizen. For this reason, a report was duly drawn up by the employee and this person was admitted to the hospital for medical assistance.
After midnight, we went to the "Beshkurgan" neighborhood together with the operative group. When the clock showed 01:48 at night, a complaint was received about noise and disturbance in one of the apartments.
Senior Lieutenant Jaloliddin Mamatkulov, who was one of the first to arrive at the scene, immediately took control of the situation. According to the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, legal action was taken against the person who violated the night peace of citizens.
During the process, we also got acquainted with the service activities of the employees of the 1st detachment of the IIOFMB JTSB PPX of the district. Captain Oybek Salayev, the deputy commander of the detachment, informed that 31 violations were detected by the personnel during this night alone. In addition, 33 preventive interviews were held, and the surroundings of 28 schools and pre-school educational organizations were inspected. Also, 110 persons who were found suspicious were checked through the service tablet, and explanatory work was conducted with them.
We talked with the employees of the 4th battalion of the 4th battalion of the Tashkent city IIBB YHXB YPX brigade - junior sergeants Furqat Kholmominov, Azamat Alimov and sergeant Mirfozil Nosirov during their duty. It is worth mentioning that due to the vigilance of these employees, several serious violations were exposed. In particular, in two cases, it was found that the drivers were driving without relevant documents, and in another case, the vehicle was arbitrarily re-equipped. In another situation, the driver tried to disobey the legal requirements of the employee, but the rule of law was ensured.
While you and I enjoy peace at home, in the circle of the family, and go to sleep in peace, peace and tranquility are ensured thanks to the vigilance of the employees of the internal affairs bodies.
...The night service is over, but for the guardians of peace, the concept of "rest" is relative. Already, night will be replaced by day, and the chain of security will not be broken even for a moment.
