The hero of our film, who lives in the "Tortuvli" neighborhood of the district, has limited opportunities, but did not stay at home. Leaning on his hands, he moved forward. Since childhood, he was interested in technology, especially electrical engineering. If the radio, lamp or any electrical device broke, he would immediately open it and try to fix it. Over time, this interest turned into a profession. After gaining knowledge and experience, becoming a skilled craftsman, more and more people came to his workshop to repair electrical equipment. For 20 years, he has been fixing all of his villagers' broken radios, televisions, vacuum cleaners, and irons. Gives new life to damaged items.
We also visited his mozhezgina workshop and observed the work process. There are a lot of old radios, TVs and other things that are in need of repair. Muzaffar carefully looked at each of them and tried to find the "sick". And the customers who are returning the repaired ones say thank you,
they would say goodbye laughing.
Muzaffar also teaches his craft to the youth of the neighborhood. Talks with them and answers their questions. He explains the secrets of repair. Aziz Shaniozov studies in the 6th grade of the 35th general education school in the district. Before he had free time, he fell in love with Muzaffar Safarov's workshop.
- Although I can't walk, I don't complain about my fate. Thank goodness I have a mind and a mind. My hands work. The important thing is that people trust me. Therefore, I don't feel left out of life. That's why it's a great happiness for me, - says our hero. - Of course, there were difficult days in my life. But I've always overcome them and I'm still overcoming them. When a person has a strong will and a clear goal, does not shy away from work and hard work, he can overcome any obstacle.
Muzaffar and his wife Zarnigor are raising 2 children. A woman is a close assistant in performing household farming and animal husbandry tasks. As a result of their joint efforts and the support of our state, they bought one of the model houses on the basis of a loan with the condition of paying in monthly installments.
It is no exaggeration to say that people like Muzaffar Safarov, whose ability is limited, but whose will is not limited, the striving towards the goal and the struggle for the realization of their dreams are a source of inspiration for many. His hard work was duly supported by our state, and in 2025 he was awarded the "Courage" medal in accordance with the decree of the President.
