Let's say a few words about the deceased employee here: he was born in 1987 in Samarkand district. In 2008, he started his service as a policeman of an ordinary detachment. In 2010, his admission to the Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy was a new stage in his career. Already during his years as a student at the academy, he won the attention of his teachers and colleagues with his thirst for knowledge. He was distinguished by his hard work, discipline and responsibility.
From 2014 until the end of his life, he served in the field of expert forensics. His unique ability and serious approach to work became decisive in exposing many serious crimes "on the hot trail".
He performed every assigned task with high responsibility, demonstrated not only his experience and knowledge in the field of investigation, but also effectively worked in training young personnel and teaching them modern criminalistics methods. More than 300 fingerprints were taken from the scene of crimes of various degrees during half a year, and the efficiency of crime detection based on them was 90.5 percent. This example alone proves that he is a specialist with high professional skills and knowledge. During his career, he personally participated in more than 200 investigative actions within one district. At the same time, 34 criminalistic examinations and 93 special criminalistic studies prepared by him played an important role in the effective organization of crime detection by law enforcement agencies.
The late Muzaffar Azzamov tried to pass on his knowledge and experience to others, and managed to conduct training seminars for more than 350 young employees on the effective use of advanced scientific methods and technical tools in the field of criminalistics.
- He left to his students not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical life experience. Our devoted employee saw his profession not only as a service, but also as an expression of loyalty to the country. Therefore, he approached every work conscientiously, he considered the idea of justice to be the highest value, - says the head of the expert-criminology center of the IIB of Samarkand region, Colonel Maksud Kurbanov.
His efforts did not go unnoticed, and he was awarded several times by the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The employee, who was a master of his work, was the father of a daughter and two sons. He left home to go to work in good health, his dreams were the same. Unfortunately, his children are now looking for their father, who did not return due to a terrible incident. His family, faced with various tests of fate, will be under the constant attention of our state and colleagues.
It is not surprising that Muzaffar Azzamov's exemplary life in the path of national peace is a lesson for future generations.
