The heads of the prosecutor's office and internal affairs bodies of Andijan region were in Tashkent to get acquainted with the work of creating a safe environment and effective provision of public safety, rapid detection and detection of cybercrimes, and investigative work on prevention.
It is known that in the Republic of Uzbekistan, based on the 2024-2028 national strategy for combating drug addiction and drug crimes, comprehensive measures are being implemented to protect the health of young people and the nation's gene pool by effectively organizing activities to combat drug addiction and organized drug crime.
In addition, a presentation was held for the participants of the model practice training organized by the Rapid Investigation Service of the IIBB of Tashkent city and on the ongoing work to combat drug crime. In it, on the example of the capital city, the routes of importing narcotic drugs from the border of the republic, activities of distribution through Internet networks, illegal drug laboratories and narco-criminal associations, including the identification of the officials sponsoring (leadership) them, comprehensive rapid measures aimed at putting an end to their activities and ensuring the inevitability of punishment, were introduced on the basis of specific examples.
The participants also learned about the experience of maintaining public order in the Center of Islamic Civilization located in Almazor district.
