Priority tasks aimed at improving the urban environment and forming a sustainable greening system were determined within the future network of nurseries being established in the capital. According to him, first of all, special attention is paid to the professional cultivation of large-sized trees and perennial plants adapted to urban conditions.
Beneficial species that contribute to reducing dust, improving air quality, and contributing to environmental sustainability are selectively grown in nurseries. At the same time, shrubs and various perennial plants that are resistant to drought, sudden temperature changes and climate change are selected and cared for using advanced agrotechnical methods.
It is noted that information on the origin, care and planting of each sapling will be entered into a centralized digital register, and the database of the city's green fund will be updated consistently. This ensures transparency and a systematic approach to greenfield management.
The new network will strengthen cooperation between the city and the private sector, building a sustainable ecosystem that includes professional plant cultivation, proper placement and long-term care. The established nurseries are considered as an important link in the ecological strategy of the capital, and serve to increase the green spaces of Tashkent and create a prosperous environment.
