The head of the family, senior lieutenant Azod Avazov, is currently the senior inspector-on-duty of the Duty Department of the Organizational Department of the IIB of Navoi city. His wife, senior lieutenant Sitora Akhmatova, is a senior inspector of the juvenile and youth group of the Navoi city IIB JXX HPB.
Both studied psychology at Navoi State University. They attended classes and prepared for exams together. At the same time, they fell in love with each other and decided to connect their destinies. Look at this, now they are standing shoulder to shoulder and serving for the peace of the country.
- It is a double happiness if a person you trust and rely on in the family is also a companion in the service. I am a very lucky woman in this sense. There are times when we live in the same house and do not see each other for several days. But we understand each other, we feel our hardships in the service from the inside. We consider our mutual understanding and trust to be the strong foundation of our family. I believe that we will overcome all difficulties both in the service and in life together, - says senior lieutenant Sitora Akhmatova.
In fact, Sitora is sometimes involved in night surveillance raids. Surfing takes measures to prevent young people and minors from walking on the streets at night, from committing crimes and offenses. Preventive activities are carried out with their parents. At that time, her husband understands and supports her.
- I started my career as an inspector-psychologist. In order to improve the mental state of employees, study their problems, and prevent their mental and physical stress, we organized various interviews and seminar-trainings. I received a lot of advice from Sitora in organizing psychological games and training. "He used to ask me for help in keeping documents and legal issues," says Senior Lieutenant Azod Avazov.
They ask their teachers what they do not know in the service, fulfill their duties diligently, live in a family of love and support, understanding, respecting and respecting each other. Acquaintances who have seen both of them together on the street say: "They don't make eye contact, they fit each other as if they had their eyes on a ring."
