- Everyone on the road is like my relatives. When I see children, I remember my own child, and adults are like my parents and relatives. Therefore, I want them to reach their intended destination safely. A simple carelessness or a small mistake on the road can cause major disappointments. One evening, while on duty, Eldar stopped a driver who was breaking the rules. The driver was talking on the phone while driving the vehicle. He excused himself by saying that he was in a hurry. Eldar looked at the driver's documents and calmly said:
- A second's haste sometimes turns into a lifetime's regret. If I fine you, I will comply with the law, but if you understand the reason, I will also clear my conscience.
These words had a strong impact on the driver. He realized his mistake and admitted it. And the employee:
- I forgive your mistake, but roads do not forgive. Because with such an act, you could seriously endanger someone's life or lose their life, he said.
After this incident, every time the driver passed by A.Navoi Street, he greeted Eldor with gratitude. This is the greatest reward for an inspector. After all, he managed to improve the culture of one more person on the roads.
