Many books of the poet, such as "Intizor", "Saikal", "Hamqishlogim", "Karako'zginam", "Jahongashta", "I'm lonely without you", "Jahonnoma", "Iltijo" are well known to literature lovers. Several of his poems were sung by artists and became popular songs of their time. In particular, the famous Tajik hafiz Abdurauf Olimov sang the poem "Gul bir yon, chaman bir yon" (popularly known as "A flower in a chaman") at the ceremony in 1986. 

In 1985, the artist performed a concert program in the city of Gulistan together with Hojiboy Tojiboyev. The poet Tora Sulayman was among the audience. 

After the concert, the poet invites two artists to his home. He autographed the collection containing the poem "Gul bir yon, chaman bir yon" and presented it to them. Abdurauf Olimov, who read the book, likes this poem very much. He composes and sings to her. 

When he performed the song for the first time at a wedding, he received a warm welcome from fans. In 1986, it was recorded in the studio of the National Broadcasting Company of Uzbekistan. After its broadcast, it soon became popular among listeners in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Later it will be included in the gold fund of the radio. At the same time, the song "Gul bir yon, chaman bir yon" became Abdurauf Olimov's business card.

In recent years, several singers have tried to cover this song. But for the fans, the first performance remained the original performance.
