If you pay attention, all our ancestors spoke about honesty and followed this creed. I believe that there is no need to give examples of the teachings of our ancestors about honesty to journalists. Besides, you can't count the number of people who gather "likes" by giving such quotes on social networks.
The antonym of "Halal" is "haram". Many people say, "I will beware of Haram." That's why the society is fighting relentlessly against evils such as corruption - eating someone's rights, taking bribes. Sometimes I wonder if promiscuity is a congenital defect. After all, honest, knowledgeable, cultured leaders betray the property of the state or others. Although the example is extremely necessary for the social environment, the lack of knowledgeable and honest people does not benefit the society.
It should not be forgotten that there are many people who are jealous of honest people. We will not be able to achieve stability in this regard until honesty becomes a way of life of the society, and more precisely, of the people of the region. The experience of some countries, including Japan and Singapore, proves our point.
So what to do about it? A detailed answer to this question can be found in the President's Address to the Oliy Majlis and the people of Uzbekistan. Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasized the need to create an "honesty vaccine" in society in order to increase the efficiency of the fight against corruption. This vaccine is formed not by one office or one profession, but by society.
Let's say you are driving a car and you encounter different road signs and pass them at different speeds. When the traffic light is red, you must stop. But there is no sign or indicator in the honesty field. Honesty is a rule that must be followed day and night in every corner of the country.
The subtlety is that it must be manifested not based on fear of something, but as a need and skill in every person. Skills and needs are naturally formed from childhood, in the family environment. Because he does what he sees in his nest.
It is safe to say that we have laid the foundations of a system serving this "honesty vaccine".
First, digitization is accelerating on all fronts. Conclusions and ratings are issued without the human factor.
Second, transparency has reached a new level. Today, the public evaluates the performance of leaders, and these evaluations are taken into account by the state. The candidate's moral level is being tested when recruiting for law enforcement agencies.
Thirdly, bureaucratic obstacles in the fields are being eliminated by law.
Fourthly, the authority of deputies representing the people and the neighborhood was expanded. In particular, the "Initiative budget" made it possible for the population to be active and control. Heads of executive authorities are reporting on their activities to the local Council and the public.
Fifth, digitization, rating system and openness in the study of public appeals increase people's confidence in fair politics.
Sixth, measures are being taken to improve the health of the family environment. Enrollment of children in kindergartens has reached 80% across the country. The reading movement became popular. The birth of a healthy child was controlled. The activities of the circles revived. The achievements of our talented children are encouraged.
For example, by the order of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Samarkand region, the administration designated "2026 - the year of training of Ministry of Internal Affairs" employees. Since the beginning of the year, qualified specialists have held "master class" trainings for system employees three times. Naturally, the concepts of spirituality, discipline, honesty, and justice were promoted during the training.
In addition, the actions of employees who were disciplined or, on the contrary, encouraged, were discussed with the participation of parents and family members. The "Best Reader", "Devoted Female Employee" contests, "Zakovat" intellectual games were organized among the employees.
Law enforcement officials are meeting with the residents of the regions and organizing mobile receptions. Spirituality and enlightenment classes are held every Monday in the IIB system. One-on-one training interviews were conducted with employees who showed signs of a sharp negative change in their behavior.Such events serve to create an environment of honesty among the personnel. The implementation of such systematic measures in all internal affairs bodies across the country will certainly be effective.
Honesty is a feeling close to faith. Faith, conscience, and manners must be harmonious in a person. Honesty is formed because of these qualities. For example, a person who throws a container of ice cream, water, or candy onto the street from a car window cannot be honest. A statesman who accumulates wealth by easy means and donates part of it to the poor is also not honest. An employee who has failed in his profession or duty, a parent who leads his child across an unmarked road, or an arrogant person who spends his earnings on a luxurious wedding or party cannot be called honest.
According to Maulana Fariduddin Attar, one of the sheikhs was invited by his student for dinner. He said, "You gave me education for many years, thank you, today I got a career, I want to have your interview." The sheikh has gone. After the meal, the host:

The worst enemy of honesty is a person's greed. No matter how well he mastered his profession, a person who is obsessed with luxury cannot live an honest life. The famous poet Makhtumquli said: "Honesty gives light to the eyes." It's not for nothing. His honesty brings joy to a person. And the eyes of those who feel this feeling will light up.
