In fact, it is a priority to increase the position of the employees of the sector among the public, to increase the respect and attention of our people to this profession, to ensure that the employees of the internal affairs bodies present themselves as highly cultured and enlightened people in their relations with citizens.
As a public servant, an employee cannot deviate from the rules of etiquette in communication with citizens. Every employee should be educated, highly qualified, cultured, organized, enthusiastic, honest, loyal to his country and his oath.
The relations of the employees of the internal affairs bodies with the officials of citizens, enterprises, organizations and institutions for the prevention of offenses, maintenance of public order, fighting against crime, as well as the criteria of behavior and etiquette of the employees of the internal affairs bodies are defined in the code of professional culture and service discipline of the employees of the internal affairs bodies.
In it, compliance with the culture of behavior is considered one of the main criteria for evaluating the professional activity and behavior of the employees of the internal affairs bodies, any person who applies to the internal affairs body or a specific employee must be received immediately and listened to with attention, leaders at all levels should educate their employees in the spirit of intolerant attitude towards rudeness and indifference, express a firm reaction to cases of rude behavior among themselves and citizens. and the need to set a personal example with behavior and behavior culture.
It should not be forgotten that the keeper of peace is, first of all, an ordinary person from the people. Therefore, it is impossible for him to put himself above the citizens, treat them disrespectfully or rudely, tell lies or mislead them with other baseless excuses.
At the same time, it is forbidden to allow behavior and treatment (insults) that demean the honor and dignity of citizens, to use physical force against them against the law or to threaten them with such force, to evade consideration of the appeals of individuals or to unjustifiably refuse to consider them, as well as to make people who are called (brought) to the internal affairs bodies wait for no reason.
Unfortunately, we can observe that some of our employees grossly violate the service discipline with their behavior, dress, behavior and negative morals.
The most important thing is that the main task of employees should be to protect the rights and freedoms, dignity, honor, interests of the state and society.
Citizens expect qualities such as selflessness, hard work, accuracy, enthusiasm, courtesy from an employee of the internal affairs bodies. An enterprising employee gives clear advice to business visitors with calmness, composure, and composure.
In dealing with citizens who have applied, the employee should not allow arrogance, arrogance, rudeness, insults, sarcastic, rude reprimands, use of words that insult human dignity, make unfounded accusations, threaten and insult the dignity and personality of citizens.
If the offender rudely responds to the reprimand given by the employee, he should calm him down, and while explaining the illegality of his actions, he must boldly emphasize the need to comply with the requirements of relevant laws, decisions and other regulatory documents.
When it is necessary to check a person's document, the employee should come to him, greet him with his hand close to his hat, apologize for taking his time and address him politely. People who are nervous, scared, and in a hurry need to be more lenient, because impressionable, nervous people, especially women and minors, are very affected by the document check situation itself.
It is known that today we are living in the age when the processes of globalization are rapidly accelerating and information technologies are developing.Taking this into account, it is certain that professional culture is important in preventing all kinds of provocative actions aimed at damaging the reputation of internal affairs officers.
Taking into account the need for every citizen of our country to see a defender who is ready to protect his life, health, honor and dignity from any aggression and to help in difficult times, in the person of an employee of the internal affairs bodies, and to feel that his safety is ensured, it is important to be highly civilized and courteous.
should not be forgotten.
