In new Uzbekistan, great work is being done to show respect to teachers and coaches and create social benefits for them. After all, the role of the teacher in raising the future generation to be mature and educated people is incomparable.

In our country, special attention is paid to raising a mature generation and creating all the conditions for young people to start an independent life. In particular, five important initiatives are being implemented, including the tasks of widely involving young people in culture, art, physical education and sports, improving their literacy in the field of information technologies, and promoting reading among them.

Today, Uzbekistan occupies a worthy place in the world community and achieves great victories in education, culture, sports and other fields. The services of teachers and coaches are great in this. When talking about this, the words of the great enlightener Mahmudhoja Behbudi come to mind: "Give your children knowledge that will be useful not only today, but also in the future."

The profession of a teacher is extremely demanding and requires incredible strength and a creative approach to solving emerging problems. At the same time, this is a profession that always forces you to be "modern" and guarantees youth for many years. The reason for this is regular communication with children.

The teacher must be a skilled psychologist, so that he does not inadvertently hurt the child, does not allow him to enter his shell. Often, a pedagogue should be a director and an artist in order to inspire his students, search for the peaks of knowledge and turn them into the right solutions. And finally, the teacher is a kind of gardener, and through his talent and skills, he must know what seeds to plant in the hearts and minds of children and what kind of fruits they will bear in the future. A proverb says: "If you want to do good to people for a year, plant wheat, if you want to do good for ten years, teach them."

The Persian thinker and poet Sa'di said: "A student who studies without desire is a bird without wings." These words are still relevant today. The present and future, cultural, educational and spiritual potential of society is determined by the level of development of the educational system. We all know well that the success of reforms in the education system largely depends on the selfless work of teachers and trainers.

Thanks to the opportunities created, today's youth of Uzbekistan are showing their knowledge and potential in various fields and glorifying our country all over the world.

For centuries, it has been proven that humanity can flourish only through knowledge and enlightenment. Therefore, teaching will always be one of the greatest and most respected professions.
